Comment:

 Oops, wrong file. This is not quite fixed properly, because
 [https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/blob/2237-cloud-
 backend-s4/docs/configuration.rst#storage-server-configuration] correctly
 refers to cloud.rst for most services but still has a redundant section
 for `cloud.openstack`.
