 I agree, It's perfect for me at 720p and 1080p but blurry at 480p. So we
 need to fix that.

 Also needs to state at the start of the video something like:
 Applies to Tahoe-Lafs 1.10.0?
 Applies to Windows OS:
 Windows 7 or Newer in both 32bit/64bit
 Windows Server 2008R2 or Newer in both 32bit/64bit.

 I'll create a ticket to test each of these os's and setups, but I'm pretty
 sure we're safe in saying the above. I'd start to worry about older than
 Windows 7. But Microsoft has removed support for Windows XP and Vista
 already. Windows servers newer than Windows 2008R2 should work just fine.
