 After re-reading all the thread and my pull-request I think it makes sense
 to implement --logfile. There is only one log file that will be written in
 this directory, this is not reuse for the incidents_dir anymore and in the
 case of use it as daemon can be used to place a log like
 /var/log/tahoe.log.

 I implemented it in the last commit.
