 In analogy with --exclude, it would be nice to have --include to specify
 only certain subdirectories be followed.

 --include would be different from `tahoe backup directory/subdirectory
 alias:directory/subdirectory`, because the latter puts the Latest and
 Archive point at the level of subdirectory, whereas I want the backup to
 act like it is still rooted at the top.

 Note that this may interact with --exclude, if something matches both
 patterns.
