 daira: the other thing the
 [source:trunk/src/allmydata/test/common_util.py?annotate=blame&rev=884685278b4d558b8eb38af2a1800948bc6d3aef#L114
 TestMixin] does replaces {{{os.urandom}}} with a deterministic RNG in
 order to make tests more reproducible. It isn't currently used, so let's
 remove that functionality.

 Also, yes, the doc is missing a word.
