 Note that the change in [comment:2] only hides the warning. We need to
 decide whether the additional dependency on {{{cryptography}}} is
 acceptable, and require {{{pyOpenSSL == 0.13}}} if it is not. (The
 {{{cryptography}}} dependency is via pyOpenSSL 0.14.)
