 I'd like something like ```tahoe manifest``` but with file sizes
 (including for mutable files; they're visible now for immutable files in
 the capabilities).

 It would be nice if ```tahoe stats``` could be generated from this
 enhanced manifest. Ideally something like
 https://help.gnome.org/users/baobab/ could even be possible.

 It would also be nice if it were possible to see all of my file names and
 sizes without printing capabilities to the screen (see also #2331 "don't
 display capabilities without user explicitly asking for it").

 Note that currently due to #2332 ("ls -l doesn't show size of mutable
 files when listing directories") it is rather difficult to find where a
 big mutable file is after ```tahoe stats``` has revealed that there is
 one.
