 daira, are you sure your timezone is UTC? mine is UTC and the tests pass;
 from the test failure, I'd guess you're in UTC+1.

 I will soon make the tests timezone-independent, and address the comments
 on github (fix the whitespace, and add spaces between the time units).

 zooko, I hope you can come around to liking the relative timestamps,
 because I like them much better!
