 misc/operation_helpers/provisioning/reliability.py (shipped with
 tahoe, but not used by tahoe per se) uses numpy.array and
 numpy.matrix
 <warner> but I think that's different than the "nummeric" and
 "numarray" modules mentioned in the numpy-1.9.0 release notes
 <warner> I'm not sure, though, I agree it's worth testing
