 In a meeting now, we're verbally deciding to bump this out of the OpenITP
 packaging grant.  Instead we will add new packaging tests into tahoe-lafs
 ``./misc/`` somewhere and modify the existing buildbot ``master.cfg`` for
 tahoe directly for those tests.
