 We need someone (the Buildbotherd) to remove CentOS 5 builders.

 There are two steps:

 * request to all CentOS 5 operators to either retire those build slaves or
 to upgrade the OS to CentOS 6.
 * for each builder that is retired, remove that entry in ``master.cfg``.
