 "Rule comment:20" could in the future be extended by additional syntax to
 indicate that the user wants to copy the contents-of-the-bag instead of
 the bag, in those cases where the bag had a name. comment:19 suggests such
 additional syntax. (Side note: I have been confused in the past by the
 presence-or-absence-of-trailing-slash, such as rsync uses, to indicate
 this sort of thing. I'd prefer a very long and explicit thing like a
 command-line switch `--contents-of`.)
