 Another good next step on this is to take the "Desert Island" test
 (https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-
 lafs/blame/15a1550ced5c3691061f4f07d3597078fef8814f/Makefile#L285) and
 copy it to make this test. The changes from the "Desert Island" test to
 this test are:

 1. This test starts with just the Tahoe-LAFS source; the Desert Island
 test starts with the SUMO package.
 2. This test runs `python setup.py justbuild`; the Desert Island test runs
 `python setup.py build`.
