 slight progress with breaking work in progress commits on my dev branch
 here:
 https://github.com/david415/tahoe-lafs/tree/2477.refactor-all-the-things.0

 here the alice + bob test checks for proper version numbers... and we can
 identitify that the current difficulty happens right after alice deletes
 the file... her magic-folder db entry for that file should be updated with
 the new version number but it is not... and so the test fails because
 version number mismatch.
