 We need to change the old unit with code sections that instantiate a
 magic-folder object by only passing the upload dircap:

 https://github.com/david415/tahoe-
 lafs/blob/e2ce372cbf02dc2ad56a87b505e157d576b7101b/src/allmydata/test/test_magic_folder.py#L250-L256


 This type of behavior should instead produce an error if the collective
 dircap is omitted.
