Comment:

 The buildbot now runs `python misc/build_helpers/build-windows-package.py`
 and `python misc/build_helpers/test-windows-package.py`. Neither of these
 scripts exist yet, so that steps always fails (which causes a build-level
 WARNING, but not a FAILURE). But when they're added, the step will test
 them.

 Assigning to daira to add those scripts. Feel free to close this if
 there's a different ticket for the tree-side changes (and this ticket is
 meant to just cover the buildbot-side changes).
