 I would very much like to switch to using pip with a virtualenv rather
 than zetuptoolz with the hack to build dependencies under the `support/`
 directory. However we're at completely the wrong stage in Tahoe's release
 cycle to work on that right now; it will have to wait until 1.11 at least.
