 Oh, I didn't mean to suggest that someone other than us should be building
 those packages. Our buildbot should definitely be creating them. And then
 we host them on tahoe-lafs.org . I'm just saying that the source tree
 isn't the desired executable artifact for this audience, because it's not
 "executable" enough.

 We may need some help from the priests to create the automation that makes
 the packages (I certainly don't know the windows stuff), but I think we
 can incorporate that process into our usual CI workflow.
