 A hidden file/directory is one that has a name starting with ".", ''or''
 that has the hidden or system attribute on Windows. The motivation for not
 uploading these is that they are often used for temporary files. This
 behaviour needs to be clearly documented.

 When we implement remote-to-local sync for Magic Folder, there will be
 other categories of names that shouldn't be synced.
