 The Twisted folks are currently working on removing their dependency on
 pycrypto, using the `cryptography` package instead
 ([http://twistedmatrix.com/pipermail/twisted-
 python/2015-November/029860.html discussion],
 [https://twistedmatrix.com/trac/ticket/7413 twisted#7413]). We'll need to
 remove pycrypto from our dependencies when the Twisted version we use
 makes the transition.
