 Okay I looked at
 https://github.com/SpiderOak/spideroak_osx_fsevents/blob/master/main.c and
 other code in watchdog and so on and I changed my mind, because
 https://github.com/SpiderOak/spideroak_osx_fsevents doesn't have a Python
 API.

 We already have a ctypes-based API to Linux and Windows, so I guess our
 code would be more consistent, and easy for us to write, if we also wrote
 a ctypes-based API to OSX?
