 The 2237-cloud-backend-s4 branch is currently failing with this error:
 {{{
 Installed distribution Twisted 15.2.1 conflicts with requirement
 twisted[tls]>=16.0.0
 }}}

 I intend to rebase it to be up-to-date with the 1.11.0 release -- which
 will also make it possible to land it soon.
