 <PRab> I hate that I discovered this just after the tahoe release, but I
 did a pip install of tahoe and now I'm getting
 "pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'pypiwin32' distribution was not
 found and is required by the application"
 <PRab> Running "pip install pypiwin32" appears to have fixed it
