 <PRab> More things as I poke around. On http://127.0.0.1:3456/storage it
 says "Last complete cycle (which took 19 minutes and finished 4 months
 ago)" under Lease Expiration Crawler.
 <PRab> I'm surprised that the last time it ran was 4 months ago. I restart
 my node about once per month.
 <PRab> Ooh, maybe it is because I use expire.mode = cutoff-date

 <warner> file one on the expiration crawler too, that seems weird, like
 maybe the crawler isn't running, or it's not updating the saved state
 properly
