 Warning: version number '219' found for dependency 'pypiwin32' by
 pkg_resources could not be parsed. The versi
 on found by import was 'unknown' from 'd:\\tahoe\\git\\delenda\\lib\\site-
 packages'. pkg_resources thought it
 should be found at 'd:\\tahoe\\git\\delenda\\lib\\site-packages'. The
 exception was PackagingError: could not
 parse '219' due to IrrationalVersionError: 219
 }}}

 This is after installing the 1582.setuptools-delenda-est.1 branch using
 `pip install -e .`.
