 Exactly, and using SSL is essential when accessing the WUI over the
 Internet (regarding the confidentiality of the URLs).

 Couldn't Twisted look for `X-Forwarded-*` headers? Esp. `X-Forwarded-
 Proto` (or the more recent `Forwarded` header)?
