 Yesterday in our pairing session Daira code reviewed my Foolscap and
 Tahoe-LAFS changes specified in the above comment:

 Daira added a small code change to make the ``connections`` configuration
 section of ``tahoe.cfg`` more flexible. I fixed a minor bug where we were
 failing to catch the exception of the ``connections`` configuration
 section does not exist... this caused many unit tests to fail.
