 It seems like progress on this ticket has stalled. What can I do about it?
 I don't think we need to implement accounting first. We just need to have
 some basic features and I think it should be really simple to have an
 anonymize=true option; it should error if another option is set in
 conflict with the policy and it should turn off autodetect. anything else?
 str4d rebased my old patch. perhaps i need to change it to use the
 foolscap trac ticket 208 feature now that ticket is closed?:
