 Now that the Tahoe-LAFS server side supports endpoints and we have
 transport handlers for the client side it should be easy to get IPv6
 working. I think the simplest possible solution would be:

 - write a IPv6 handler (client side) which uses TCP6ClientEndpoint

 - configure the node's tub.port= to be set to an endpoint string which
 uses TCP6ServerEndpoint
