 I bet we should avoid using commas as delimiters in the `tub.port=`
 string. I can't find any existing Endpoints that use commas internally,
 but I wouldn't be surprised if some endpoint author down the line decides
 to use them, and then we'll have some parsing confusion. Whitespace seems
 like a better option right now.
