 here's a minor cleanup commit for the anonymity config doc:
 https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/pull/347

 i think maybe we should keep this ticket open for a little while because
 after we close #2490 we need to finish the auto server config
 documentation section and possibly link to the new servers.rst document.
