 As per discussion in https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/pull/526 we
 need to stop initializing "async stuff" in `__init__` for NoNetworkGrid.

 This will affect a bunch (~200) tests that also need to become async, so
 this is a separate ticket/PR.
