 The integration tests have several hard-coded ports. This allows simple
 ways to tie the pieces together, but means:

   - tests can't be run in parallel
   - possible conflicts with host system

 It would be ideal to not use hard-coded ports. Do we have a way to do this
 with current Tahoe? Is there a feature we can add to make it work?
