 The test.log for that build - https://3992-3007569-gh.circle-
 artifacts.com/0/tmp/project/_trial_temp/test.log - is a little confusing.

 It looks to me like the test run began at

 2019-03-11 13:18:00+0000

 and ended at

 2019-03-11 13:26:46.241Z

 (side-note: awesome change in timestamp format in that log file).

 This seems to be about 8m46s.  Perhaps this suggests the test run is
 _hanging_ at the end?  The suite is done but the process fails to exit (or
 CircleCI fails to _notice_ it exit? ick).
