 Since ticket:3031 (at least) Tahoe-LAFS has had a dependency on
 `cryptography`.  Twisted[tls] also depends on `cryptography` and Tahoe-
 LAFS declares a dependency on Twisted[tls].  So, Tahoe-LAFS gets
 cryptography which allows it to work.

 However, rather than implicitly having direct dependencies satisfied
 transitively, Tahoe-LAFS should declare a direct dependency on
 cryptography in its packaging/setuptools/distutils stuff.
