 allmydata.mutable.filenode.MutableFileVersion, presumably the archetypal
 implementation of `IMutableFileVersion`, does not implement
 `get_servermap`.  A somewhat exhausting (perhaps also exhaustive) search
 of the codebase reveals no callers of this method (`get_servermap` from
 *other* interfaces is called, but not this one).

 Consider deleting this method from the interface.
