Comment:

 It looks like TWN was hand-crafted by various volunteers over the years.
 Presumably TWN has ceased because there is currently no volunteer taking
 responsibility for it.

 The index is certainly missing many newer issues.  I suppose this is
 because the index was generated manually and at some point this step in
 the manual process was lost.

 https://tahoe-lafs.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/tahoe-lafs-weekly-news is
 like an index, though.  I'm going to link to that from the wiki and
 suggest folks look there for newer issues.
