Comment:

 IPv6 essentially works in Tahoe-LAFS now, as of dawuud's 2016 changes.
 There are some remaining usability nits but they don't block any actual
 functionality.

 Also, I had to read 40+ comments on this ticket to figure that out.

 So I'm closing this as fixed.  If someone is concerned with the usability
 nits, they can file new tickets for them.

 One ticket, one feature, one PR, one master merge, please. ;)
