 This is part of an overall goal to stop using TravisCI entirely.

 The TravisCI job represented by this matrix item:

 {{{
   - os: linux
     python: '2.7'
     env: T=pyinstaller LANG=en_US.UTF-8
 }}}

 Gives us pyinstaller/Linux CI. This is duplicated by the CircleCI
 "pyinstaller" job so we can simply delete it with no loss of coverage.
