 Since 4dc3702, directory related operations via web UI result in an error
 message: `The webapi does not allow empty pathname components, i.e. a
 double slash`.

 These operations in `http://$GATEWAY/uri/URI:DIR:...` page fail in the
 manner described above:

  * Create a directory
  * Refresh the page
  * More info on this directory
  * Read-only version
