 Tahoe-LAFS depends somewhat substantially on the security properties of
 Foolscap URLs (fURLs) but these properties are not particularly well
 documented either in the Tahoe-LAFS docs or in the Foolscap documentation.

 As efforts are underway to change how Tahoe-LAFS works on the network and
 these efforts necessarily impact current fURL-based pieces of
 functionality, would be good to know where we are now.
