 to capture the progress of the mypy work, but unfortunately, the Github
 checks don't seem to include Circle CI and even in Circle CI,
 [[https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-
 lafs/1403/workflows/4a8bd535-c6ee-40ba-b3d7-e7fc215dfe32|my tests appear
 to be unauthorized]].
