 zope#24]] and
 [[https://github.com/warner/foolscap/pull/76|warner/foolscap#76]], I
 realized I could [[https://github.com/jaraco/tahoe-
 lafs/commit/f0fc812f2546c8514e779d57956eeb19a2754765|test the approach]]
 against the Tahoe-LAFS test suite to validate the fix, but to my dismay,
 the mypy checks still fail with the
 [[https://gist.github.com/d099dc31ccdf685a10231d9ad8780fdd|same 142
 errors]].
