 In [[https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-

 run]], the deprecations job failed. Was it intermittent? Was it due to the
 change? Why is the job failing? I believe I've seen this before, so I
 suspect it's not a one-off and it's not due to a recent change (as was the
 case in #3297).
