 is very handy to have when updating documentation: you can run `sphinx-
 autobuild -b html docs docs/_build/html`, point a web browser to a local
 web server started by `sphinx-autobuild`, and all the changes made to
 documentation can be immediately previewed in the browser.

 It would be nice to have a rule in `docs/Makefile` to invoke `sphinx-
 autobuild`.
