  - vcpython27 (exited 404) - Error while running
 'C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\lib\vcpython27\tools\chocolateyinstall.ps1'.

 Jean-Paul determined this is likely due to upstream Microsoft URL
 changing, and apparently Choco hasn't fixed this.
