 - Areas that need contributions
 - Steps to contribute
 - Need for communicating early and often
 - Checking out sources, and checking out a feature branch
 - Local development and testing
 - The need for a newsfragment
 - Need for passing CI checks
 - Code review process, and asking for feedback
 - Getting help, and what to do when you are stuck
 - Why things the way they are (Why tickets are in Trac, how to get a Trac
 account, etc. for example)
