 Some file names got changed in the new documentation, or they got moved.
 Since the landing page links point to files in the GitHub repository, we
 need to either change the links on the landing page (I don't think we have
 the power to do that) or make sure there are appropriate working files in
 the destinations.

 Some now non-working links:
 https://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/browser/trunk/docs/about.rst
 (should point to `https://tahoe-lafs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/about-
 tahoe.html`)

 https://tahoe-lafs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/INSTALL.html
 (should point to `https://tahoe-lafs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Installation
 /install-tahoe.html`)
 Someone needs to:
 1) check the links from the landing page or check the files in the
 documentation for name changes and deletions
 2) fix by adding files back or some other way
