 In order to test the lease functionality in IStorageServer:

 1. Tests will need to call the get_leases() and get_slot_leases() on the
 storage server, the interface itself has no way to check this information.
 2. A number of classes will need to be switched to support fake time, e.g.
 LeaseInfo. Alternatively, patching could be used :(
