 Another problem: in Foolscap, there's notifyOnDisconnect such that if
 connection is lost, the BucketWriter aborts itself. In HTTP this doesn't
 exist, so there is a new state: a half-finished BucketWriter with no
 connection? Or maybe it's the same and it's just an "infinite" connection
 and it's fine.
